An extra hour of daylight is proving to be a big help in terms of getting out and catching what photos I can with the limited time I have. Driving home one day after work, a massive storm was on it's way out, leaving behind wonderful cloud formations and strong light.
Racing to get home, I hurriedly changed, grabbed my gear and scooted back out the door. I drove out to the closest large open area I could think of to try and take advantage of the fleeting moment. In this case, it was a rural farming area North of town. Running out into the middle of a private cornfield, I began to fire off as many shots as I could. Although the strongest light had already left at this point, I still felt I was able to capture something special in the short period of time.
